Payment may be made by VISA, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX or C.O.D.  All orders shipped C.O.D. are subject to C.O.D. charges. (C.O.D. to New York & New England states only).

RDL strives to assure your complete satisfaction.  If you are not completely satisfied with any of the products you receive, we will exchange them, credit your account or refund your payment.

RETURN POLICY

To receive credit, exchange or refund; you must notify us within ten (10) days of receipt of your order, at which time you will be given a Return Goods Authorization Number.  All items must be returned freight prepaid in the original boxes, in new, resalable condition. but may be subject to a 10% restocking charge.

PRICING

All prices are subject to change without notice.  We will make every effort to hold prices, as advertised.  In the event of a manufacturer’s price increase, RDL reserves the right to increase our prices.  You will be notified of any price changes at time of order or prior to shipment.  RDL is not responsible for pricing discrepancies due to typographical errors.

DELIVERY

All Shipments are “shipping point freight allowed” (SPFA) from our Hartford, CT warehouse unless otherwise stated.  Emergency shipments for next day of second day delivery can be arranged at time of order.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

Only such warranties as are made by the manufacturer of goods are available to the buyer.  SELLER MAKES NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHATEVER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.  Seller shall not be liable for any consequential damages, loss or expense arising from the use of or the inability to use the goods for any purpose whatsoever.
